When I got engaged, I didn’t think I would need a wedding planner but I was so wrong. After attending a wedding that Katy had done, I was completely sold on her. While planning our wedding, she made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. She was always there to answer questions, was so easy to communicate with and wasn’t afraid to suggest something to help make our vision come to life. Her attention to detail was impeccable and her ability to listen to our vision and make it a reality was effortless. After the first meeting, Katy sent us multiple customized plans based on our needs and worked with us every step of the way. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, Katy and her staff went out of their way to bring our dream to life. What she did was better than I ever imagined it would be. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to Katy and her team. She made our wedding experience one to remember and I cannot thank her enough for all that she did.

I was married on July 7, 2018 and hired Wedding Dreams Decor to decorate my wedding venue! Katy goes so far beyond just being a decorator, she treats your day as if it is her own. She is so knowledgeable, and has many recommendations and ideas if you’re not sure what direction to go in. She also has many contacts she can suggest, we hired our DJ off Katy’s recommendation, and we could not have been happier! There was a critical mistake made by our venue just 3 days before the wedding, and Katy was the one that caught it, and brought it to my attention, and we were able to fix their mistake before it was too late, she goes above and beyond all expectations! Our day would not have been what it was without Wedding Dreams Decor and we highly recommend their services!

The weather didn’t particularly play in our favour that day, but Katy quickly changed an outdoor ceremony to an indoor in our last minute decision and it was seamless! Katy is so professional and was always available to answer any questions we had at any time or on any day !
Katy was able to provide all services we wanted and made our wedding so so beautiful. If I ever get married again (which I hope I don’t .... LOL) I would use her over and over again! Katy put my mind at ease from the day that we hired her until the day of my wedding. I was a very indecisive bride and felt completely overwhelmed trying to finalize my decorations with all the options I kept seeing on my Pinterest board. Katy really helped me focus and make decisions with confidence and was able to provide additional wedding planning advise due to all her experience in this industry. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to go out and purchase all the wedding decorations and try and resell them afterwards. I just picked out of Katy’s extensive selection and showed up on the day of and everything was just as I imagined. My family really appreciated being able to enjoy the morning with me not having to worry about going to the venue and setting everything up or taking it all down the next day. Anytime I had any concerns Katy would get back to me ASAP and even sent me pictures as she was decorating the venue to ensure it would meet 100% of my expectations. I would highly recommend doing anything to reduce your stress throughout the wedding process and especially on the day of. After all the planning throughout the year it was so nice to not have to run around the day of stressed trying to set everything up. Katy went above and beyond, it is a small investment to give you peace of mind which is the only thing that maters on the day of! I can’t say enough positive things about Katy and the service she provided!

Wedding Dreams Decorating was the best thing I could have done for my wedding!! The customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected…..our Reception Hall was transformed from a boring hall into the most beautiful space I could have imagined!! I want to plan another party just so I can use them!!

Out of all of the vendors we worked with - Katy was our favourite! Katy created beautiful decorations for our wedding. She was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. She helped us to work within our budget. Katy was more than happy to help bring our decorating ideas to life and to answer any questions we had along the way. She created adorable doily cones that contained petals to throw at our ceremony, a gorgeous backdrop for our head table and beautiful table decor that matched our colour scheme. We had so many compliments on the beautiful decor! Katy was very reliable. She took care of the decoration set-up and take-down. We would highly recommend Katy for her decorating services.
